Cube6 IT started working with Holy Trinity in the January of 2017.
They were local to our office and we heard they were having some issues with their current IT providers. We made a call and asked if there was anything we could do to help. They told us they felt that problems were not being solved at all, and that the level of support they had was a huge problem in keeping the school running.
We came up with a plan of action to take over the contract and start supporting the school. We found many issues and decided to work through school holidays to fix these, before taking over fully.
We are pleased to say that the school now has the support needed, they are confident we are only a phone call away and we send an engineer once a week to help them with any issues they may have.
