Cube6 IT started working with Alphaprint in the summer of 2017.
We were contacted by them as they were unhappy with the service they were currently receiving. As part of the initial phase of supporting Alphaprint we completed an assessment of their current systems. We found critical areas where their previous IT provider had been letting them down, without informing them.
Since working with Alphaprint we have ironed out all of the issues they were having, and have provided support to a number of their staff directly. We monitor backups daily, and fix any issues immediately.
The staff are confident in the level of support they now receive, and their monthly support costs are lower than they were before.
