Cube6 IT started working with Blue Donkey in 2015.

Blue Donkey are a highly regarded telemarketing company working with enterprise organisations. Because of this they stressed their systems need to be operational at all times with their phone network being a high priority.

Cube6 Installed a new 3cx phone system which can operate unlimited extensions and provides all the functions that a high level telemarketing company would need.

We relocated all Blue Donkey servers to our UK based data center and they now have a full disaster recovery system in place.

As part of the initial install we have setup high level firewalls and VPN’s at all Blue Donkey sites giving them the ability to all use the same computer and phone systems from wherever they are in the world, providing huge flexibility.
